Hi Fredericka,
Attached are some photo’s of Sarah
in competition. She shows under her full name, Flying W Farms
Princess Sarah (which I am so proud to bear). Everybody stops to
look at her and ask about her. She is stunning. She stands roughly
17.1 or 2.
I started her about 9 – 10 months
ago in classical dressage. This year was her first year in
competition. The goal was to get her out among all the excitement
at shows and let her get used to judges, rings and scary tents. She
is about a year behind in her balance and movements, but taking the
time was the right journey for her. I was surprised when she
started taking first and second place in T3 and T4 competitions.
This season she has taken (4) first place, (6) second place, (1)
third place, (1) fourth place and (1) fifth place. She has had some
stiff competition up in Grand Haven and has taken many first place
slots! She scores in the mid - upper 60’s and low 70’s. Not bad
for her first season!! We’ll start training her for level one.
Sarah has qualified for regionals
this year! She received her first qualifying score in late in
August (72.200) and I wasn’t able to get her to another recognized
show prior to regional’s next week. She just came back from a
schooling show this past weekend (which she hasn’t shown since
August) which she did really well taking another first and second
place with scores of 69.0 and 66.2.
I couldn’t be more happy for her.
She is my best friend and I love her dearly!
Enjoy the pictures.
Kind regards,
Carol
