The next day he missed 3rd level Champion and Reserve Champion by 1 point. He finished 3rd and the class was all of the best trainers in Colorado so the competition was tough each day.

His Passage and Piaffe in the Award ceremony was great, the crowd just loved it, He loves the show ring.

Hi Fredericka,,Comanche was great this week end. He did a fine job, even showed his flying changes in a training level test, we are still laughing about that. He is so beautiful and makes everyone laugh with his antics around the barn. In the last photos he stole another horse's grain bowl, picked it up and waved it at everyone that went by. Sandy

Hey Fredericka,
I just love the fall colors and the "paints" with the Pumpkins. My friend is Sarah, her horse is a Hanovarian, Quarter Horse cross named Sundance Kid. (it was quite the spectacle to see Comanche and his side kick Sundance Kid)
Comanche is going to have a big upcoming season, we are skipping a level because he is so nimble and quick to learn, plus I waited so long to start his dressage career because he was still a slender, growing horse. I think waiting really paid off with him.
Malachi has a special up coming season, we recently performed a Pas De Deux and Malachi was a star,,could have put a tip jar in front of him as so many people were drawn to him and wanted to know all about him. I'm not shy when it comes to talking about my horses as they have such distinct personalities. The Pas De Deux was to John Denver's "Country Boy" and it was a big hit. Nobody is doing Pas De Deux and can be apart of dressage show so Malachi may make a big splash doing those!

Hey Fredericka,
Today in Longmont, Colorado, 3 FWF horses and riders found each other and took a group photo for you. I loved meeting Meredith and Caryn.
We had a great time talking all about how wonderful our horses are.

With both beauty and skill, there is nothing a GG can't do,,,,this year Malachi and Comanche (with big brother Lakota) have done a cattle drive, a pair pace, dressage shows, Competitive trail event and a Pas De Deux.
They are more than Triathletes Fredericka, they are GG's

Subject: Two more of Comanche

These two photos are from a little video clip so quality of photo is not as sharp.  I will try to send you the very short little video clip as Comanche was doing tempi changes toward the jump.

Hi Fredericke,

here are two more of Comanche, he is still currently 16'2 and still growing.

Malachi is absolutely Gorgeous and with very little formal dressage training and only 5 shows this season, he finished 8th over all for horse of the year, training level.

HI Fredericka,
It's Sandy in  Colorado.  I have two of your horses, Malachi a 2005 foal and Comanche a 2006 foal.  I wanted to send you a few photos of them. Comanche did his first cross county event on  Saturday and knocked it out of the park.  He is such a special horse so I really took my time with him and let him mature before asking to much from him. Hope you recognize your beautiful boy!
Sandy
